					<description>Sister Cahoon, Please give me advice on how leaders can get around the problem of sisters feeling that they don't need VT. i realise that it's all centered on their personal relationship with the saviour and that they need to have a stronger testimony. Do you have any other ideas how leaders can change this outlook?
